# TheAquaPorter (TAP)

> On-demand drinking water and beverage delivery in Hyderabad and Kolkata, India. TAP serves both consumers (D2C) and businesses (B2B) with instant and scheduled doorstep delivery, recurring subscriptions, and customized bulk pricing for offices, hotels, and institutions.

TheAquaPorter (TAP) is a progressive web app (React Native / Expo) for ordering packaged drinking water, soft drinks, energy drinks, and accessories. Users authenticate via email or Google, manage delivery addresses on a map powered by QuantaRoute, track orders, and chat with an AI support assistant. Native iOS and Android apps are planned.

**Service areas:** Hyderabad (Gachibowli, Kothaguda, Manuu, Lingampalli, and expanding to 12 more pincodes soon) and Kolkata (New Town). Enter your PIN code on the site to confirm coverage.

**Delivery model:** On-demand and scheduled delivery, 7 AM–9 PM daily (except public holidays). Scheduled slots: 7–10 AM, 10 AM–1 PM, 1–4 PM, 4–7 PM. D2C checkout currently accepts cash on delivery. Subscription plans will roll out soon.

**D2C vs B2B:** Homes and individuals order through the web storefront at retail (D2C) prices. Businesses—offices, hotels, and institutions—can onboard for B2B accounts with volume-based pricing, GST-compliant invoicing, credit terms (e.g. Net 30), and custom quotations. **Product catalog** (12 active products, 4 categories, 23 variants):

- **Drinking Water** — Baiely, Bisleri, RO Mineral Water (20 L cans: New Can or Refill Only). D2C from ₹30 (RO refill) to ₹300 (branded new can). Refill orders use TAP-supplied cans only.
- **Soft Drinks** — Coca-Cola, Mountain Dew, Slice Mango Drink, Sprite, ThumsUp (750 ml–1.25 L). D2C from ₹40–₹70.
- **Energy Drinks** — Gatorade (500 ml, 3 flavors), Monster (500 ml), Red Bull (250 ml). D2C from ₹50–₹125.
- **Accessories** — Empty Water Jug (20 L). D2C from ₹150–₹180.

**B2B pricing** (customized, tier-based list pricing):

- **Standard tier** — minimum 10 units; e.g. RO Mineral Water refill ₹25 (vs D2C ₹30), new can ₹150 (vs ₹180), Bisleri refill ₹95 (vs ₹100), Empty Water Jug ₹130 (vs ₹150).
- **Volume tier** — minimum 50 units; deeper discounts, e.g. RO Mineral Water refill ₹23, new can ₹140, Empty Water Jug ₹120 (vs D2C ₹150).
- Formal **quotations**, **invoices**, and **credit billing** supported for approved B2B customers. Additional SKUs (1 L / 500 ml bottles) available on request for bulk orders.
